On 7–8 October, during the 14th edition of the KOMPOZYT-EXPO® International Fair of Composite Materials, Technologies and Products, organised by Targi w Krakowie at EXPO Kraków, you will discover how the composite materials market is changing and which technologies will shape its future. The event will once again bring together representatives from industry, academia and business, creating a space for the presentation of new solutions, the exchange of knowledge and, above all, concrete discussions and the establishment of partnerships. A new feature this year will be the 3D Printing Show, whilst the International Drone and Anti-Drone Systems Fair, DRONE SECURITY EXPO®, will make its debut at EXPO Kraków.
For many years, the KOMPOZYT-EXPO® trade fair in Kraków has been bringing together specialists in the field of composite materials and technologies. Visitors include senior management and specialists representing sectors such as the construction, engineering, aerospace, rail, automotive, shipbuilding and electronics industries. The specialised nature of the event means that meetings at the fair focus on specific needs, technologies and opportunities for collaboration.
For participants, these two days offer the opportunity to explore the solutions currently available on the market, learn about future trends, talk to manufacturers and suppliers, and forge new business contacts – all in one place.

3D Printing Zone
A new feature of the 14th edition will be the 3D Printing Zone, organised in collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics and the Faculty of Metallurgical Engineering and Industrial Computer Science at AGH University of Science and Technology.
The new space will be dedicated to modern additive technologies and their industrial applications. It will also serve as a forum for discussing how to more effectively align the training of future specialists and scientific research with the real needs of businesses. As such, this year’s edition will place even greater emphasis on the need for collaboration between academia and business, and on the practical application of emerging technologies.
Science for Industry
This focus will also be continued in the ‘Science for Industry’ zone, which is well known to participants. This year, representatives from 10 scientific and research organisations will be present there to showcase their current projects and opportunities for collaboration with businesses in the field of research and development.
This is a space designed to bring together two communities – research teams with expertise and technological resources, and businesses seeking new solutions, expertise and partners to carry out R&D projects.
Insights from experts around the world
Expert workshops will also form an important part of KOMPOZYT-EXPO®, during which specialists from various countries will present the latest trends and issues relevant to the composites industry.
The Polish Composites Technology Cluster is responsible for the programme’s content and will also be present at the joint stand alongside representatives of the ResC4EU project – Resilient Supply Chains for Europe: Composites United e.V. (CU), Maritimes Cluster Norddeutschland e.V. (MCN), the Latvian Information Technology Cluster (LITC), AIDIMME, the Advanced Technology in Manufacturing Cluster (ATIM), Scaberia AS, GreenTwin GmbH, the Institute of Shipping Economics and Logistics (ISL), and the Fraunhofer Institute for Casting, Composite and Processing Technology – Fraunhofer IGCV.

International cooperation with the JEC Group
KOMPOZYT-EXPO® is partnered by the JEC Group, the organiser of Europe’s largest trade fair for the composites industry. Its representatives will also be present at this year’s event in Kraków.
The collaboration between the two organisations will continue next year as well. In 2027, Warsaw will host the second edition of the JEC FORUM CENTRAL EUROPE, a conference organised jointly by the JEC Group and Targi w Krakowie.
Composites meet unmanned technologies
This year’s edition will feature yet another new addition. Running alongside KOMPOZYT-EXPO®, the inaugural edition of the DRONE SECURITY EXPO® International Drone and Anti-Drone Systems Fair will take place in Hall 2 at EXPO Kraków.
Bringing these events together will create additional opportunities for sectors that have an increasing amount in common across many areas of technology to come together. Participants at the DRONE SECURITY EXPO® will include representatives from the armed forces and uniformed services, public administration, managers of strategic facilities and critical infrastructure, as well as representatives from the energy, telecommunications, transport and logistics sectors.
One of the highlights of the event will be a two-day conference, for which the Defence Portal has become a content partner.
Visitors registered for KOMPOZYT-EXPO® will also be able to visit DRONE SECURITY EXPO®, giving them access to an even broader range of technologies, expertise and business contacts during a single visit to EXPO Kraków.
The 14th International Trade Fair for Composite Materials, Technologies and Products, KOMPOZYT-EXPO®, will take place on 7–8 October 2026 at EXPO Kraków.
