Ewa Woch, co-founder and former vice-president of Targi w Krakowie Ltd., has taken over as president, replacing Grażyna Grabowska, who has decided to retire after many years of intensive work.

Paweł Nikliński continues to serve as vice-president of the management board, while Małgorzata Borowiec, who has been a member of the management board since 2020, has been promoted to vice-president of Targi w Krakowie Ltd. Marcin Bugajski remains in his current role as a member of the management board.

Ewa Woch is a well-known figure in the meetings industry – she has been associated with Targi w Krakowie Ltd. since its inception and was responsible for the company's strategic areas for many years. Between 2008 and 2015, she was the managing director of easyFairs Poland Sp. z o.o. She was awarded the Honoris Gratia medal for her services to Krakow, and in 2015 she won the title of Manager of the Year in the Lider Małopolski competition. She is also a member of the Council of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry and vice-chair of the Krakow Alliance Council.

At Targi w Krakowie Ltd., she was responsible, among other things, for relations with key partners, both domestic and foreign, and for the development of the portfolio of trade fair and congress events. She also supervised the Congress Department (PCO) and the Rental Department of the EXPO Kraków International Exhibition and Congress Centre. Privately, she is a lover of long-distance travel and discovering distant cultures.

“Although the past three decades have been a time of intense development, I am convinced that the greatest successes are still ahead of us,” says Ewa Woch, President of Targi w Krakowie. “Today, our activities go far beyond the organisation of trade fairs. We create international congresses, conferences and symposia, and EXPO Kraków is a space that serves business, science and culture. We are planning to expand EXPO Kraków with a new hall. This investment will not only respond to the growing needs of the market, but also strengthen Krakow’s position as a major congress centre in Europe. We want to create a space ready for events of the highest calibre – innovative, open and international,” emphasises Woch.
